10th Visegrad Conference on Dynamical Systems
Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, University of Lodz, June 29 - July 1, 2023
The organizers of the international "Visegrad Conference on Dynamical Systems" warmly welcome all mathematicians interested on the mathematical theory of dynamical systems.
This meeting will be the 10th one in the series of Visegrád conferences on dynamical systems, after Prague 2005, High Tatras 2007, Jeseníky 2009, Banská Bystrica 2011, Olsztyn 2013, Prague 2015 Opava 2017, Budapest 2019 and Prague 2021.
Lectures start on Thursday (June 29) morning and end on Saturday (July 1) afternoon.

The conference fee covers lunches and coffee breaks.

Accommodation
All the participants will be accommodated at the University of Łódź Training and Conference Center, ul. Kopcińskiego 16/18, Łódź, which is located 5 minutes walk from the conference venue.
The conference fee does not cover the cost of accommodation. This should be paid separately.

single room: 30 EUR (or 140 PLN).
The price includes breakfast.
If you would like to stay in a hotel in the city, please indicate this during the registration process and make the reservation by yourself.

How to get to Łódź
- By plane:
- to Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport (www.lotnisko-chopina.pl),
- then by bus no. 175 or by taxi to Warszawa Centralna Train Station (www. pkp.pl)
- or by bus directly from the Warsaw airport to Lodz
Recommended travel from Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport (Okęcie) to Lodz:
You should take a train from the airport to Warszawa Zachodnia. Trains from the airport to Warszawa Zachodnia travel 15 min (every 15 min). You can buy tickets at machine at the airport station. At Warszawa Zachodnia you should take a train to Lodz.
There are two options, you can get off at Lodz Widzew and take a taxi to university hotel at Kopcinskiego (it is a distance of 5 km and taxi costs about 10 euro).The second option is to go to Lodz Fabryczna and take a taxi (the distance from Lodz Fabryczna to university hotel is about 2 km and taxi costs about 5 euro).
All trains from Warszawa Zachodnia to Lodz go through Lodz Widzew and only half of them arrive at Lodz Fabryczna. - By plane:
- to Lodz Wladyslaw Reymont Airport: (www.airport.lodz.pl). - By train (travel time from Warsaw: below 2 hours):
- to the central Lodz Fabryczna train station

- By tramway from Łódź Fabryczna station:
- Take either of the trams: 9, 12.
